    XML Info Shown in Web Page   (Date posted: 08/12/03 at 14:32:08) Quote Modify Delete

I have an XML file and I need to show its content on a webpage. I actually need to show the time and temperature.

XML File:
<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<temperaturebug>
<reports>
<report port="COM 1" desc="Temperature Bug 2.5.2">
<property type="temperature" val="83.3" />
<property type="time" val="8/12/2003 2:29:50 PM" />
</report>
</reports>
<alarms>
<alarm tripped="False">
<property type="min" val="55" />
<property type="max" val="90" />
</alarm>
</alarms>
</temperaturebug>

If anyone knows how to show the 'temperature' and 'time' out of this XML file on a web page, please let me know.

Thank you
Tommy

Tommy

In this application, can you dictate that all viewers of your webpage use MicroSoft Internet Explorer only?

If not, can you run a server app (such as a small Perl script) on your web server?
