Let me tell u this is really challenging and exiting.

I have thought of a concept but don’t know how to implement it.

Concept:

There are two modal dialog windows W1 and W2. W1 has data island embedded into it.
W1 has a link to W2, and passes the reference of data island to W2. W2 can make changes to data island data. There is a link on W2 which says
Roll back. Roll back should roll back the data island to previous state. I don’t want to maintain 2 copies of data island.
